Planning and Design
Planning and product recommendation is critical in establishing projections that are realistic, enabling my clients to build the right size fitness centers with the right equipment under budget. Evolve provides the following expertise in the areas of design, development, square footage specifications, equipment layout, equipment and management cost, estimates, equipment recommendations while leveraging our personal relationships with the local equipment reps. We will maintain a continual relationship with clients, architects and everyone involved in the process. Evolve will provide numerous layouts and equipment choices throughout the process. We will conduct regular walkthroughs, providing support at the beginning of construction all the way through to completion of the punch list, and into start-up activities.
Product Recommendation
We will be doing equipment evaluations based on The Health and Fitness Association's industry field testing and our own performance standards based on Willow Bend Fitness Club standards: Including function, user friendly, durability and servicing. This information is extremely important as clients look to us to recommend new or replacement equipment. We recommend equipment based upon several factors, including price, peak-hour utilization, employee age, gender mix, general interest and cost. The bottom line is to get the right solution to meet your needs while taking into consideration your budget, creativity and ultimate goal.
